This squishy item is suitable for collecting, display, stress relief, photography, and gifting. This product is not food and must not be eaten.

Shipping: This is a pre-order item. It usually ships in approximately 30 days after payment is confirmed. The schedule may change slightly due to production, supplier, customs, or logistics conditions.

Product and packaging variations: Due to handmade details, hand-painting, sourcing batches, and different supplier or brand packaging, slight variations may occur in shape, size, softness, scent, slow-rising effect, product bag, replacement bag, free gift bag, tags, stickers, cards, or outer packaging. These differences are generally not considered defects and cannot be used as a standard for returns or refunds.

Safety notice: This product is not suitable for children under 3 years old unless otherwise stated. Do not swallow, bite, tear, cut open, or give it to pets.

After-sales support: For wrong items, missing paid items, serious shipping damage, or obvious quality issues, please contact us within 3 days after delivery. Please provide your order number, product photos, packaging photos, and a complete unboxing video. The complete unboxing video is the primary evidence for after-sales review.
